Since the 2011 Slave Lake disaster, Rosecroft has worked closely with insurance companies and their clientele to rebuild several homes that were lost to fire. We understand that these families have been displaced and often times, traumatized by their experience. Our goal is to efficiently and patiently help these families plan and build their new home. This home was custom built for the Bosch family in Fort McMurray 2022. They shared these thoughts with us.

We lost our home to a fire in 2021 and used Rosecroft Custom Homes to build our new home.  Veral was very patient as we went back and forth a few times with the design of the home and he made every effort to accommodate everything we asked for. He is friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. Every step of the way he made himself available, fully informed us of the process and always consulted us before any decision was made. We were always given choices and could meet with every trade person to ask any questions before work was started. Despite some difficulties with covid and supply issues, Veral remained very professional, and the job was done in a timely manner. Although we suffered the loss of our home and all our possessions, Veral made the process of building our new home as stress free as possible. His down to earth nature and calm demeanor set our minds at ease. I would highly recommend Rosecroft Custom Homes as a home builder. We trusted him every step of the way.
